Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before it is shipped.  Once a tracking number has been provided for your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.   The tracking number confirms the responsibility of Fanci5Gems, and thereafter is the responsibility of the postal service.
